Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. Only products purchased on aenaon.com may be returned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase and we are happy to refund your purchase price. We accept returns for products purchased from aenaon.com only. With valid accompanying order information may be accepted for return.
In order to receive a refund:
- Call us on +30 210 961 2004 or email usto arrange your free return. Our Customer Service Experts will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs—or refund your purchase price—and we'll cover the return postage.
- A free Return Shipping Label and Return Form will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package. Simply complete the Return Form and place it inside the return package. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original package if possible.
- Follow the shipping instructions provided in the email containing the prepaid label to send your return package
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Packages must be returned using an insured method. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
- Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
You will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us by phone on +30 210 961 2004 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, for assistance.
Please retain the shipping box, packaging and all contents for inspection by the carrier. Please return the product(s) in their original form and packaging, complete and accompanied by the Return Form. It is impossible to exchange or obtain reimbursement via this website for products purchased at a store.
